What a glorious day for playing golf and Beamish Park was in excellent condition today for the Scout Cups.

The team of Christine Ellison and Lynda Golightly from Slaley Hall won the overall competition with a great score of 39 points. They were closely followed by a team from Houghton-le-Spring with 38 points and in third place a team from Alnmouth Village with 37 points. The full scores can be found here.

Durham Exec were up against a strong team from Northumberland playing for the Pyman Skoot. Unfortunately, Durham were convincingly beaten 96-81.
