Doris Cole

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Doris Cole aged 93.

Doris was a much respected member of our golfing community, originally a member at Chester-le-Street Golf Club then following a relocation with her late husband Jim, joined Bishop Auckland Golf Club in 1986, serving twice as Ladies Captain. Doris served as County Captain in 2008 and became a Vice President of DCLGA in 2011.

We pass on sincere condolences to all family and friends.
