This is an important message to let all DCLGA members know what is happening with regard to the AGM, Captains and Secretaries meeting and Swap Shop for 2021.
We have listened to members’ comments and concerns with regard to holding 3 separate meetings and after much debate we have decided for 2021 to amalgamate these and will take feedback as to whether members prefer the new format.
The date of the meeting will be Saturday 27th November 2021 and will commence at 10:00.
In order to accommodate all the members who would normally come to the separate meetings and also to provide refreshments before and during the meeting, we have had to change location to:-
Durham Indoor Bowling Club
The AGM reports will be sent out in advance of the meeting to club secretaries who will be asked to forward these reports to all lady members.
Following the formal business of the AGM and Trophy Presentation there will be a refreshment break and then the opportunity to arrange your team matches and swap Open posters.
This will also be a chance for us to share with you our plans for the DCLGA centenary year in 2022.
Please remind any trophy winners at your club that this will be the only opportunity to return them for engraving in readiness for the 2022 season.
All lady members of golf clubs in Durham are members of the DCLGA and therefore entitled to attend the AGM if they so wish. We therefore look forward to seeing as many ladies as possible at this event.

The Durham Indoor Bowling Club (DIBC) is situated behind Abbey Sports Centre at the Arnison Centre. From the roundabout into the sports centre turn right towards the car park then take the first left down the road to DIBC.
