The Lady Golf Captains’ Society Match against Harrogate & District Captains’ Society

The Lady Golf Captains’ Society Captain, Susan Dinning, presenting the shield to Mrs. Vicky Jordan, President of Harrogate & District Captains Society on Monday 21st August 2023 at Harrogate Golf Club as the Harrogate & District Society once again won the shield.

Eighteen members plus two Harrogate ladies, who played for Durham, travelled to Harrogate Golf Club which is located near Knaresborough, to take part in the match. Unfortunately, Harrogate won the match 6.1/2 to 3.1/2. Not a bad result and the match was played in a very sporting and pleasant atmosphere and everyone seemed to have a good time in spite of the result.
