Vine Trophy

Many thanks to Durham City Golf Club for making us all feel so welcome for the Vine Trophy. The weather gods were kind too so everyone seemed to enjoy they day.

Many congratulations to the teams from Ramside and Ravensworth who both came in with an astonishing 95 points with teams from Bishop Auckland and George Washington both on 91 points.

For the first time this year we awarded a gross prize which was worked out by taking everyone's gross scores on each hole (without applying any handicap allowance) and working out the number of stableford points they would have got. Fortunately the computer did the number crunching and a Durham City team came first.
