Lady Golf Captains’ Society Captain v. Vice-Captain Match

Fourteen pairs competed in the annual match, played this year at Roseberry Grange Golf Club, where we were given a very warm welcome by staff and members. (And the weather gods blessed us with a dry, if cool, day!!)

Although all games were very close, the outcome seemed inevitable as the Vice-Captain’s Team won the first three. The Captain’s Team equalised, winning games four, five and seven. Players in game six almost managed a tie but the Captain’s side hung on to finish 1Up and secure a win.
